This winter transfer window proves to be a period of significant speculation and possible big-money moves. A number of notable footballers find themselves linked with moves away from their current teams. This article explores a selection of the key figures that could be on the move in January.

A. Semenyo

Although Ghana's inability to qualify for the Africa Cup of Nations, this has kept the player available, indications are a major transfer is imminent. R. Neves

This Portugal midfielder might be poised for a comeback to the English top flight following a period in Saudi Arabia. Still only twenty-eight, and with his agreement expiring in the summer, he is a possible bargain. Teams such as Manchester United and Liverpool are connected to the former Wolves man.
